After 27 years, my home alarm system needed to be brought up to modern standards. I worked with Nicole Jensen in Sales to get a quote on a new system. She was very quick in getting me the information and getting the installation scheduled. Tim Kapottos installed the new system. Tim was very polite and knowledgeable. Tim suggested some changes that would make our system more enjoyable to use and more secure (e.g., replace both of the 27-year-old smoke detectors). After the installation was completed, Tim walked me through the operation of the new system.

Justin called me 30 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated greatly. Upon arriving, he introduced himself with a friendly demeanor and confirmed the type of security system being installed. Throughout the installation process, I was impressed by his politeness and professionalism. He maintained a very tidy workspace, carefully managing all debris and trash, which reflected his commitment to providing excellent service. Highly recommended!

The Guardian Team, with their expertise, assisted me in the sale of an upgraded camera system that significantly improved our home security and provided peace of mind. From the start of this security venture, Shane See was the first technician who showed great dedication to get us what we needed, especially to see our cameras while away from home. He promised to help us with a system that we could use and make affordable since we just finished paying off an older system ,Speco Technologies. He demonstrated professionalism by returning to his office to get the support he needed to deliver a great system. Angela Woodman, our Security Consultant, was informative and professional at explaining the security devices we told her what we wanted, and she delivered.
