Guardian Alarm announces the acquisition of Sievers Security in Cleveland, OH

Founded in 1957, Sievers Security serves thousands of residential and commercial customers in the Cleveland area. Their business combined with Guardian Alarm’s existing branch location in Cleveland will allow the combined companies to become one of the largest providers of security services in the region.

They sent a few text messages through the week to notify appointment. Once the day of appointment was here, they called and confirmed the 1 to 2 hour window they were showing up. 30 minutes before they called to make sure we were still home and ready for their arrival. They showed up and fixed the problem within 10/20 minutes.

After our alarm system provider of 35 plus years decided we were not worth making their system work, we were given Guardian's contact information from a family member. The installation was completed in one day by Justin V. He figured out everything about our old system, kept us informed and educated us on the new system. The sales person, Kara even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. What a difference from Cincinnati Alarm. Very customer focused. So far we are very satisfied with the new system.
