We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tim! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable.
The main objective was the installation and testing of our new security panel, which he handled quickly and efficiently. What truly sets this service apart, however, was the attention to detail with the existing components. Tim took the time to meticulously go through each sensor across the house—door contacts, window sensors, and motion detectors—to make sure they were all correctly configured and communicating flawlessly with the new panel.
HIs thoroughness gave us complete peace of mind, knowing that the entire system, new and old, is working exactly as expected. I am very happy with Guardian Alarm of Columbus. I had a theft outside of my home and contacted them the day before Christmas Eve- 12/23/24. The immediate response was wonderful and the morning of December 24, 2024, cameras were installed outside adding to my inhouse security.
