Had issue with outside camera. Tech who came was Richard Jennings. Fantastic job very pleasant to work with everything works as it should and even showed us features we did not know we had.

After 27 years, my home alarm system needed to be brought up to modern standards. I worked with Nicole Jensen in Sales to get a quote on a new system. She was very quick in getting me the information and getting the installation scheduled. Tim Kapottos installed the new system. Tim was very polite and knowledgeable. Tim suggested some changes that would make our system more enjoyable to use and more secure (e.g., replace both of the 27-year-old smoke detectors). After the installation was completed, Tim walked me through the operation of the new system.
