1. What happens if I do not have my panel upgraded to LTE?

If your panel is not upgraded, once the wireless companies discontinue 3G/4G, your security system will have severe service issues including:

  • Interruption of the signal between your system and Guardian's monitoring center.
  • Alarm events not being received by our monitoring center.
  • Other issues affecting the operation of your system.

2. Do I need a technician to come to my home?

In order to either upgrade your existing panel or replace it, one of our trained technicians will need to come to your home. Appointments can be scheduled at a time that is convenient for you.

3. If my panel needs to be replaced, will there be a charge?

As a valued customer, we'll upgrade your panel for only $99* when you sign a new five year agreement. The new panels come with great features including:

  • Customize Your Notifications - Set-up reminders if you’ve armed your system or if there is a sensor activity.
